By accessing or using REign AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including individuals, teams, and enterprise customers.

REign AI provides autonomous AI agent services that assist users with research, reasoning, drafting, and reliability checking. The Service includes the REsearch, REason, REsponse, and REliability agents, human-in-the-loop approval workflows, The Commons marketplace, and associated tools and resources. The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate and complete registration information. • Maintain the security of your account credentials. • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. • Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Enterprise accounts may be created by authorized representatives of organizations.

You agree not to use the Service to: • Violate any applicable law or regulation. • Infringe the intellectual property rights of others. • Generate, distribute, or promote harmful, abusive, or illegal content. • Attempt to circumvent the human approval gates or accountability features of the Service. • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service. • Use automated means to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use. • Misrepresent AI-generated content as entirely human-authored without disclosure. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

REign AI and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including all software, design, trademarks, and content provided by REign AI. Content you create using the Service — including approved drafts, research outputs, and documents — remains yours. You grant REign AI a limited license to process and store your content solely to provide the Service. You may not use REign AI's name, logo, or trademarks without prior written permission.

The Commons is an opt-in marketplace where organizations may commission and license work from human creators. Participation is voluntary. Creators retain ownership of their work and set their own licensing terms within the parameters of The Commons framework. REign AI acts as a platform facilitator and is not a party to agreements between creators and commissioning organizations. REign AI takes no responsibility for disputes arising from Commons transactions, though we provide a dispute resolution process.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. If payment fails, we may suspend your account until payment is resolved. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. REign AI does not warrant that agent outputs are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. All outputs should be reviewed by a qualified human before use in any consequential decision.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REIGN AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
